Privacy
This page states what this site does, as a matter of fact. It is a description of
a static site, not a legal policy, and it makes no promises about anything other
than the pages served from agent-manifest-spec.org.
What this site does not do
The site has no accounts, no sign-in, no payments, and no user-generated content. It serves static documents only.
- It sets no cookies and reads none.
- It runs no analytics and no tracking of any kind.
- It contains no forms, so it receives no submitted data.
- It loads no third-party scripts, and stores nothing in your browser.
Nothing you do on this site is recorded by the project, because there is no mechanism by which it could be.
What third parties necessarily see
Two parties observe a request, because they serve it:
- GitHub Pages hosts and delivers these pages. Like any web host, it processes the request — including your IP address and user agent — under GitHub’s privacy statement.
- Google Fonts serves the two typefaces this site uses, from
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com. Your browser requests those files directly, so Google receives your IP address, user agent, and the referring page. Google states that Fonts sets no cookies. This is the site’s only third-party dependency, and it is a design decision recorded here rather than left implicit.
The project operates neither service and receives no data from either.
If you write to us
Mail sent to the address on the contact page is received and read by the maintainer, and is kept only as long as needed to answer it. It is not added to any list and is not shared.
Machine-readable representations
The documents, schema, and citation metadata this site publishes are served as static files. Requesting them involves no identification of the requester, human or agent.
